In an interview with Collider, Sadie Sink, who plays Max in ‘Stranger Things’, gave new details on the 4th season, as well as how the filming of the new cycle will unfold after the COVID pandemic.

“The level of this series increases every year. It’s amazing the direction they are taking in history. This new season is truly amazing. The risks are increasing, more than ever.

She adds: “We started filming season 4 before the pandemic, and then we had to stop for seven or eight months. When we got back to work, things were completely different. I think the hardest part was just adjusting to the new rules and regulations that were in place behind the scenes. It was a big adjustment. But yes, I think we are all very grateful to be able to work again. We’ve been filming for a while and creating something really amazing.

Previously, actor Joe Keery, who plays Steve Harrington, had said the next cycle would be the show’s scariest one.

“Dude, season four will be amazing – the Duffer brothers have managed to surprise again. I think this season – and I know I say this every year – will be the scariest season on the show. “

Season four’s plot will show Hopper trapped in Russia, while in the United States a new horror emerges, something long buried that will tie everything together.
