“Summertime”: New Director’s Movie of “Raya and the Last Dragon” Gets AWESOME Trailer; Check!

Good Deed Entertainment recently released the new official for ‘Summertime,’ a feature film that debuted at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival.

The film is directed by Carlos López Estrada, the name behind the famous “Blind Spot” and the recent Disney animation, “Raya and the Last Dragon“.

Kelly Marie Tran, who also appeared on “Raya”, enters as executive producer.

On a hot summer day in Los Angeles, the lives of 25 young people intersect. A guitarist and a skateboarder, two future rappers, an exasperated fast food restaurant, a limo driver – they all get involved in each other’s stories. Through poetry, they speak of life, love, broken hearts, family, home and fear.

Tyris Winter, Marquesha Babers, Maia Mayor, Austin Antoine, Bryce Banks, Amaya Blakenship, Bene’t Benton, Gordon Ip, Jason Alvarez and more stars.
