Via Twitter, New Line Cinema celebrated the success of the “Summoning of Evil” franchise by surpassing $ 2 billion at the global box office.
Now that Summoning Evil 3 has hit $ 195 million worldwide, the film has elevated the franchise to highest-grossing horror status in movie history.
Released in 2013, the first film exploring the saga of the Warren couple grossed $ 320.2 million worldwide. Three years later, the sequel grossed $ 321.7 million.
In total, the main trilogy grossed no less than $ 836.9 million.
Together, the “Annabelle” trilogy films have grossed $ 795.4 million worldwide.
And the “A Nreira” and “A Maldição da Chorona” derivatives generated $ 365.5 million and $ 123.1 million respectively.

Recalling that “Summoning Evil 3 – The Order of the Devil” is now available on HBO Max, the production debuted this Friday (09) in the programming schedule.
The plot reveals a haunting tale of horror, murder, and unknown evil that shocked even seasoned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren. One of the most sensational cases in their archives, begins with a fight for the soul of a boy, then takes them beyond anything they have seen before to mark the first time in the history of the United States that a murder suspect claims to have had demonic possession as a defense.
