According to KSite, Daniel Cudmore, known for playing Colossus in the original X-Men franchise, has joined the cast of the “ Superman & Lois ” series.
The actor will play Subjekt-11, a powerful villain with a mysterious mission.
It’s worth remembering that this is the fourth different character the actor will experience in the Arrowverse. Cudmore appeared as Jackhammer in “Arrow”, Gridlock in “The Flash” and as the Minotaur in “Legends of Tomorrow”.
The series will premiere on February 23, in a two-hour special.
“Years after battling megalomaniac villains, chaotic monsters from Metropolis and alien invaders who wanted to wipe the human race off the face of the Earth, the world’s most famous superhero, the Man of Steel (also known as Clark Kent) and the Most Comic Book Stars, Lois Lane, faces one of the greatest challenges of all time: dealing with the stress, pressures, and complexities that come with being being a father nowadays. In addition to this complicated job of raising two boys, Clark and Lois also fear that their sons Jonathan and Jordan could inherit their father’s Kryptonian superpowers as they grow up. Returning to Smallville to resolve some situations, the couple also reunite with Clark’s ex-girlfriend, Lana Lang, and her husband Kyle Cushing. Adults aren’t the only ones to meet old friendships, as the young members of the Kent family are reunited with Lana and Kyle’s rebellious daughter, Sarah.
