Comic book artist Jim Lee is known for illustrating several Batman comics, such as “Batman – The Knights of Gotham” (2000) and “Batman and Robin, the Wonder Boy” (2005-2008).
On his Instagram profile, the artist has shown that he continues to work on new projects involving the Batman and has shared a beautiful sketch of the hero for his upcoming film, starring Robert Pattinson and directed by Matt Reeves.
The project served as the model for the official black and red poster published on the DC FanDome in August.
Recently, leaked behind-the-scenes footage showed the film’s GIANT sets, which apparently won’t abuse the storylines created in CGI as much.
In the images we can see the Batcave and a very dark Gotham.
