According to The Illuminerdi, the next series “Echo” is being written by Dara Resnike and Ken Kristensen, the writers of Dara Resnike and “The Punisher”, both canceled by Netflix.
A few months ago, rumors had already hinted that Charlie Cox would reprise his role as Matt Murdock / Daredevil in the attraction.
Additionally, the episodes will also feature the presence of Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, the King of Crime, who recently reprized the role in “Gavião Arqueiro”.
It was said that the casting of Resnike and Kristensen would help maintain the character of the characters as audiences were used to the Netflix series.
More details haven’t been revealed, so it’s unclear how many episodes Cox and D’Onofrio will appear in, or whether they’ll play a big part in the narrative.
Previously, Production Weekly announced that recordings for the derivative of “Gavião Arqueiro” would begin in April this year, in Atlanta, where Marvel Studios’ main productions take place.
Enjoy watching:
Originally, recordings were scheduled to start in December of last year, but the reason for the delay was not revealed.
Written by Marion Dayre (“Better Call Saul”), “Echo” will explore the origins of the character played by Alaqua Cox and take place after the events of “Hawk Archer”.
For those who don’t know, Echo is the code name for Maya Lopez, a hard of hearing Native American who is able to exactly copy the movements of others.
Her skills make her an excellent fighter and a tough opponent to any opponent.
In the meantime, it should be remembered that all “Hawk Archer” episodes are available on Disney +.

Disney + and Marvel Studios invite you to an unexpected end-of-year getaway with ‘Gavião Arqueiro’, a new series set after the New York City crash. Former avenger Clint Barton (Renner) has a seemingly simple mission: to return to his family for Christmas. Possible? Perhaps with the help of Kate Bishop (Steinfeld), a 22-year-old archer who dreams of becoming a superhero. The two are forced to work together as a presence from Barton’s past threatens to destroy more than the festive atmosphere.
In addition to Steinfeld, Renner and Cox, Florence Pugh will reprise her role as Yelena Belova, a younger version of Black Widow. Vera Farmiga (“Summon of Evil”) will assume the role of Eleanor Bishop.
Fra Fee plays a character named Kazi, possibly a reference to Kazimierz Kazimierczak, better known as the Evil Mercenary Clown. Tony Dalton completes the cast.
