In another interview, this time with Entertainment Weekly, DaCosta touted that he had enough freedom to provide his own take on the story.
“It’s amazing. It’s a lot more freedom than I’ve had on any other project. It’s great because we’re all big comic book nerds who want to make a good movie. cartoon.
She went on to talk about the theme of the work:
“Of course it’s a lot less traumatic. But this film also deals with personal, specific, sometimes sad things. But no, it’s been amazing working in a different world, that’s for sure.
Larson returns as Captain Marvel / Carol Danvers. The cast also includes Park Seo-joon (“Parasite”), Iman Vellani (“Ms. Marvel”) and Teyonah Parris (“WandaVision”).
