Although actor Taika Waititi (‘Jojo Rabbit’) was announced in the highly anticipated ‘The Suicide Squad’, his role in the production remains a mystery. After the first trailer came out, many fans began to theorize that Waititi would be responsible for voicing Starro, an evil alien who looks like a starfish.
However, when asked directly about the theory on Twitter, director James Gunn just denied the information, putting an end to the rumors.

After Sylvester Stallone was confirmed as King Shark, Waititi is the only cast member whose role remains a mystery.
“The Suicide Squad” hits nationwide theaters August 5 – the day before the US premiere.
