Season 2 of the acclaimed documentary series ‘The Tiger Mafia’ (Tiger King) is now available on Netflix.
The new round was released on the streaming platform today, November 17th.

The first season of the series consisted of eight episodes and was based on the article “Joe Exotic: A Dark Journey into the World of a Crazed Man” by Leif Reigstad.
In the world of big cat owners, reality trumps fiction. And Joe Exotic, a charismatic polygamous country singer who owned a zoo in Oklahoma, is one of the most eccentric figures in the universe. Joe and an incredible cast of characters – which even include drug lords and cult leaders – have one thing in common: a passion for big cats and the status and attention their collections attract. But when her lucrative business is threatened by Carole Baskin, animal rights activist and owner of a cat shelter, the situation spirals out of control. The growing rivalry between them culminates in the arrest of Joe, accused of hiring an assassin to kill Carole, and the investigation into the crime ends up revealing a surreal story in which the wildest animal is the human being. .
