So I was reading about the passage in Home Alone 2 where Kevin stops to ask for directions and apparently people have digitally deleted Donald Trump and one thing led to another. pic.twitter.com/wSR3JQuisf

It should be remembered that director Chris Columbus recently said that Trump forced his participation in the film.

“Like most New York sites, you have to pay a permission fee to register. We contacted the Plaza Hotel, which was owned by Trump at the time … We had to record in this hall because we didn’t have the funds to replicate its structure inside a studio. Trump said, ‘Okay, you pay the fee, but you’ll only be recording in the lobby if I appear in the movie.’ “

He went on to say that he didn’t cut the stage because he was surprised by the test audience’s acceptance when he saw Trump on stage:

“We ended up agreeing to shoot the Trump scene, but we didn’t know if we were going to use it. When we first showed the movie, the strangest thing happened: People clapped when Trump appeared on screen. So I said to my editor, “Leave it in the movie. It is a moment for the public ”. But the truth is, he intimidated us into appearing.
