Van Helsing: last season gets trailer and premiere date

The SyFy channel has released the first trailer for the 5th (and final) season of ‘Van Helsing’.

Jonathan Walker is the new showrunner of the series.

The story revolves around Vanessa Van Helsing, daughter of Abraham Van Helsing, a vampire hunter. Waking up five years in the future, she discovers that vampires have taken over the world. It’s up to her, with her powers, to lead an offensive to regain control of what’s left of the planet. On the way, she and her group meet humans and vampires, some friends, other enemies who will do anything to destroy them.

The cast includes Kelly Overton, Jonathan Scarfe, Vincent Gale, Rukiya Bernard, Tricia Helfer and Aleks Paunovic.
