The thriller ‘Vozes e Vultos’, starring Amanda Seyfried, recently made its Netflix catalog debut, but fell short of expectations.
On Rotten Tomatoes, the feature only got 34% approval, scoring 4.80 / 10 based on 29 reviews. According to the general consensus, “the terrors [do filme] they are overwhelmed by a mundane and uninspired adaptation that fails to connect with the original material ”.

The plot is based on the book “All Things Cease to Appear”, written by Elizabeth Brundage.
The story follows a young couple who move to a farm in upstate New York, until they begin to suspect that the new home is cursed by the murder of its former owners. As the haunted secrets unfold, the wedding turns into a terrible nightmare.
Robert Pulcini and Shari Springer Berman are responsible for the management.
The cast also includes James Norton, Natalia Dyer, Rhea Seehorn, Alex Neustaedter and F. Murray Abraham.
