“Wrecked”: The “Scream”-style horror series features an unlikely-looking killer; Check out the pictures!

BBC Three has released the new official images for horror comedy series ‘Wrecked’, a ‘Scream’ style slasher that will have a killer dressed as a duck(!).

“The plot will be set on a cruise ship and will follow new recruit Jamie, a 19-year-old who joins the crew to search for his missing sister. She worked on the same ship on a previous voyage and never never returned home. Jamie is introduced to cruise life and gets a crash course in the crew’s teenage groups who party and remain unaware of the bloody murders that take place on board. Jamie is forced to become detective and uncover the grim truth.

“On this show, the deaths will be brutal, the laughs will be loud, and the emotional moments will be real,” says screenwriter Brown. “I wanted to create something in the style of ‘Scream’, with the atmosphere of ‘The Shining’ and the mythology of ‘The Cabin’. Ultimately, ‘Wrecked’ is a coming-of-age story about a lost young gay man who embarks on a journey of paranoia and self-discovery.

The cast includes Oscar Kennedy, Thaddea Graham, Jack Rowan, Harriet Webb, Jodie Tyack, Louis Boyer, Anthony Rickman, Amber Grappy, Diego Andres, Peter Claffey, Miya Ocego, Warren James Dunning, Ramanique Ahluwalia and Alice Nokes.

Unfortunately, the production does not yet have a release date.
